Welcome to Aunt Kelley's House:

 

I have created this place for anyone who is interested in dogs. I am a dog sitter/boarder, and if you want/have a dog, or if you ever plan on leaving your dog with someone...you need to stick around. I will be giving advice and tips on everything dogs.  Most of all...I will inform dog parents what they need to know when leaving their dog(s) with a sitter. Dog boarding and dog sitting are my specialties, but I will be offering grooming and training soon also.

First, let me tell you a bit about myself. I was raised on a small country "farm" in Guthrie, Oklahoma. We had a few animals on a little over two acres....mostly dogs and horses. I have grown up with dogs and have always loved them. I have been boarding dogs for most of my life but decided to make it my life in 2016. I started out on a website called Dog Vacay, but they sold out to Rover. I have been with Rover ever since. My reviews are outstanding with over 145 five star reviews. I use Rover to meet new people like you, but you do not have to go through Rover.com to acquire my services if you don't want to. You are welcome to visit my contact page if you are in the Colorado Springs area and you would like to book straight through me. I am still a bit small town at the moment. I still do things old school, but I will upgrade to a "system" when I am too big for me to schedule appointments myself.

I also provide specialty services at Aunt Kelley's House, like doggy massage and holiday photography. I make homemade doggy treats and throw doggy parties/events on occasion. All events will be announced here on the website and social media listed below.

Future Plans:

I am in the process of creating a business plan and acquiring investing for a new kind of dog boarding facility. It will be a giant house, instead of the typical kennel set up. I do not do crates, and leashes are dropped at the door. Dogs run free all day here. Aunt Kelley's House is literally a home away from home where a dog can be a dog. The facility will have a giant living room with furniture all dogs are allowed on, doggy beds in every corner/nook and even their own private room with an attached private yard if they really like to be spoiled.  This is my dream, and it will take me a while to do this. I have to hope for a miracle to finance this dream, but hang in there with me. God will provide...somehow some way.
