Lukazz Feeling Better. 9/5/2019

I know it has been a minute since I updated on Lukazz. He has not been feeling well since he got back from Kitale. Things are moving slowly lately. He had a respiratory infection that gave him a nasty cough. We got him some medicine, though, and he is feeling much better.

Yesterday, I woke up to a nice video he has sent me showing traditional tribal dance. Because he sent it on WhatsApp and I can't save it for some reason. I asked what they were doing it for, but we got sidetracked in our conversation and he didn't answer. I will ask again later, and maybe I will be able to post it for you. I was really beautiful.

I also got on Google Earth and tried to find his home. He didn't exactly confirm it, but I am pretty sure I found the right place. This is the building he and his roommate are staying in. It is not bad. It could be a lot worse. From here I will be helping him find places he can shop for good food, and we can get back to making some simple recipes to elevate his meals to make them tastier. Also, anything else he needs is right down the road.

He is in a good spot. I traveled down the road and found: a doctor, several pharmacies/chemists, a dentist, hair salons, a book store, clothing shops, arcades, a nice market of different food stops and other things set up all down his road, and a supermarket that is more like a grocery store. It looks like everything he will really need to survive is right by where he lives. This is good. I also found a bunch of really cool places we want him to visit, like the movies, a couple of arcades, lounges and some restaurants when we can get him some money coming in.
