Lukazz is Finally Ready to Go Home to Nairobi. 8/20/19

I heard from Lukazz today. He is weak and tired, because there is no food or water there and he has not slept well while in Kitale. Poor baby. Good news is...he has finally gotten his paperwork for his ID. Now we can get him moving in life. He has been stagnant and struggling for so so long. It is time to rise above now. Tomorrow he goes back to Nairobi. When he gets back to Nairobi, he will finally be able to get a good meal first, then go pick up his ID. He will be able to pick up mail I send him, open a bank account, go to school and get a job, etc. actually live a real life as a human being instead of a poor begger on the street. I am so proud of him for being brave and strong. And he has done it all by himself. I am so far away. This is how I know he can only go up from here. My boy. 😊
